Restore7 Ltd provides specialized rehabilitation and care services for individuals recovering from strokes, neurological conditions, or requiring elderly care. We are seeking compassionate Care Workers – Rehabilitation Assistants to support our clients in regaining independence and enhancing their quality of life.

Salary: £13.00–£14.00 per hour (£27,040–£29,000 per annum)
Key Responsibilities
Client Support
- Assist clients with personal and domestic daily living activities.
- Support mobility, both indoors and outdoors, ensuring safety and comfort.
- Facilitate community access (e.g., shopping, medical appointments) and provide transport when needed.
- Aid in medication administration and daily orientation tasks.
Therapy Assistance
- Work alongside therapists to implement specialized stroke/neurological therapy practices to improve movement, balance, and functionality.
- Assist in therapy sessions under the guidance of clinical leads and therapists.
Community Integration
- Enable clients to participate in meaningful activities and build independence within their community.
- Provide support to families and caregivers to foster a holistic approach to rehabilitation.
Requirements
Essential Skills & Attributes
- Trustworthy with a natural caring approach to life.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Full UK driving license and access to a reliable vehicle with appropriate insurance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in care or rehabilitation (not mandatory).
Note: A satisfactory DBS check and references are required for the position.
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive Pay: £13.00–£14.00 per hour (£27,040–£29,000 per annum).
