Your Responsibilities
As a Care Worker, your primary duties include:
- Personal Care Assistance: Supporting clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
- Medication Administration: Following prescriptions provided by healthcare professionals.
- Companionship: Providing emotional support and companionship.
- Meal Support: Assisting with preparation, feeding, and dietary needs.
- Household Tasks: Light housekeeping such as cleaning, laundry, and changing bed linens.
- Record Maintenance: Documenting care activities accurately and promptly.
What We’re Looking For
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum six (6) months of UK-based care experience.
- Access to a personal vehicle and a valid UK driver’s license.
- Ability to start immediately.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, caring, and dedicated to client well-being.
- Ability to follow care plans and work independently.
Preferred:
- Residency in West Berkshire or surrounding areas.
