Kare Plus is seeking passionate individuals to join our team as Care Workers. This role involves providing essential care and support to individuals in their own homes. No prior experience is necessary as comprehensive training is provided. A valid driving license and access to your own vehicle are essential for this position.
Visa sponsorship is available for candidates currently residing in the UK with a valid Right-to-Work Share Code. However, a probation period applies, during which performance will be evaluated to determine eligibility for sponsorship under the skilled worker route.

Responsibilities
As a Care Worker, your primary duties will include:
- Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Preparing and assisting with meals.
- Administering medications as prescribed.
- Performing light housekeeping tasks, including laundry and cleaning.
- Accompanying clients to appointments and outings.
- Monitoring and reporting changes in clients’ conditions or behavior.
- Providing companionship and emotional support to clients.
Requirements
To be eligible for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Residency: Currently residing in the UK with the right to work.
- Driving: Possess a valid driving license and access to a vehicle with MOT and business insurance.
- Language: Strong command of English.
