Key Responsibilities:
As a Care Professional at S&P Care Services Ltd, you will be responsible for:
- Personal Care: Assisting clients with daily activities such as dressing, bathing, and grooming.
- Medication Support: Administering medications and ensuring clients follow their prescribed care routines.
- Meal Preparation: Assisting with meal planning and preparation to ensure clients receive balanced, nutritious meals.
- Domestic Assistance: Supporting clients with light household tasks, such as cleaning and laundry.
- Emotional & Social Support: Providing companionship and emotional encouragement to clients, helping them feel valued and supported.
- Community Engagement: Helping clients reconnect with their local community through social activities and outings.

What We’re Looking For:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- At least 12 months of healthcare experience (preferably in domiciliary care).
- Good IT skills: Ability to document and report visit records accurately on a mobile device.
- Passion for Care: A genuine desire to improve the quality of life for others.
- Strong Communication Skills: Good numeracy and literacy skills to assist with client documentation.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate and work effectively as part of a team.
- Driver’s Licence: A valid UK driver’s licence is required, as the role involves travel to clients’ homes.
Additional Information:
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (Day shifts), with some weekend availability and overtime opportunities.
- Education: GCSEs or equivalent (preferred).
- Language Requirements: English proficiency is required.
