Key Responsibilities

Care Coordination

  • Create and manage efficient care schedules to meet client needs.
  • Match clients with appropriate carers based on their individual preferences and requirements.
  • Handle shift adjustments, including sickness and holiday cover, to maintain seamless service delivery.

Client Liaison

  • Serve as the primary contact for clients and their families, addressing concerns and providing updates.
  • Conduct client assessments and regular reviews to ensure care plans are effective and up-to-date.

Team Support

  • Supervise care staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular spot checks, appraisals, and training sessions to maintain workforce competence.
  • Foster a positive working environment by supporting and motivating team members.

Administrative Duties

  • Maintain accurate records of client care plans, staff schedules, and other essential documents.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC standards and other regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare reports and updates for senior management as needed.

What We’re Looking For

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the domiciliary care sector.
  • Strong knowledge of care planning and scheduling systems.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in IT systems relevant to the care industry.
  • A full UK driving license and access to a reliable car (essential).
  • Flexibility to work additional hours and participate in the on-call rota when required.
