Tender Hands LTD is seeking Compassionate Care Assistants to join our team in Godalming and the surrounding areas. Salary: £12.00 – £15.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities
As a Care Assistant, your role will include:
- Personal Care: Assisting clients with daily personal care, including bathing, dressing, and hygiene.
- Medication Assistance: Ensuring clients take their prescribed medications on time.
- Meal Preparation: Preparing nutritious meals tailored to clients’ dietary needs.
- Domestic Assistance: Helping with light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning and laundry.
- Companionship: Offering emotional support, companionship, and conversation to combat loneliness.
- Promote Independence: Visiting clients in their own homes and helping them maintain their independence.
- Record Keeping: Accurately documenting care provided and any changes in the client’s health.
Qualifications & Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A full driving license and access to your own transport (essential).
- 1+ year of care experience in the community is preferred, but not required.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients and their families.
- Flexibility to work shifts between 7am and 10pm, including weekdays and weekends.
- UK work authorisation (preferred).
