myCare Grampian is seeking compassionate and reliable Care Assistants to join our dedicated team. We provide support across Inverurie, Insch, Kintore, Kemnay, and surrounding areas. Whether you’re looking for full-time, part-time, or weekend-only work, we offer flexibility while ensuring consistent care for our clients.

Salary: From £12.20 per hour
Visa Sponsorship: Available (subject to probationary completion)
What You’ll Do:
As a Care Assistant, you’ll provide practical and emotional support to vulnerable individuals, enabling them to live independently and with dignity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Personal Care: Assist with washing, dressing, and continence support.
- Daily Support: Meal preparation, medication assistance, and cleaning.
- Client Interaction: Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Travel Assistance: Paid travel time and mileage where applicable.
Experience in care is not required, as we provide full in-house training and shadowing shifts to ensure you feel confident in your role.

Essential Qualifications:

- Residency: Must have resided in the UK for at least six months and provide employment references.

- Familiarity with care planning and medication management.
- Basic IT skills for documentation purposes.

- Expected Hours: 10–40 hours per week.
- Shifts: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, or weekends only.
