Key Responsibilities
As a Care Assistant at Azure Care, your role will include a range of rewarding tasks that make a real difference in the lives of our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

Providing Companionship: Offer emotional support and companionship to clients in their homes, helping them maintain their dignity and independence.

Personal Care Assistance: Support clients with daily personal care, including bathing, dressing, and medication management.

Mobility Assistance: Help clients with mobility needs, ensuring their comfort and safety as they move around their home.

Meal Preparation and Light Housekeeping: Assist with meal preparation, ensuring clients receive nutritious meals, and provide light housekeeping support.

Promoting Independence: Encourage clients to maintain independence where possible, particularly those living with dementia, by offering gentle support and guidance.
What We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualities:

Compassionate and Caring Nature: A genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others is essential.

UK Driving Licence: A valid UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle are required, as you will need to travel between client homes.

No Experience Necessary: While experience in care is a plus, it’s not essential. We offer full training to ensure you meet the highest standards.

Right to Work in the UK: You must have the legal right to work in the UK. We offer visa sponsorship for individuals on Skilled Worker Carer visas.
