Job Summary
Location: Reading, England, United Kingdom
Salary: £11.60 – £11.90 per hour
Employment Type: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Sponsorship: COS available with potential switch upon strong performance
Key Responsibilities
- Personal Care: Support clients with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Medication Assistance: Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Companionship: Provide emotional support and companionship to clients.
- Meal Preparation: Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding.
- Housekeeping: Perform light tasks, such as laundry and tidying.
- Monitoring Health: Observe and report changes in clients’ health and behavior.
- Safety and Compliance: Follow care plans to ensure the safety and well-being of clients.
Skills and Qualifications
- Essential Skills: Excellent communication, compassion, reliability, and team collaboration.
- Experience: Minimum 6–12 months of care experience in the UK.
- Driver’s License: Full UK driving license and access to a car.
- Certification: Up-to-date Mandatory Training, Care Certificate, and DBS on update service.

Work Schedule
