Key Responsibilities of a Care Assistant
As a Care Assistant at Simply The Best Care Ltd, your primary responsibility is to help clients live independently and safely in their homes. You will provide essential personal care and emotional support to individuals with a variety of needs, contributing positively to their daily lives. Your key duties will include:

What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you should have a caring, compassionate, and reliable nature. We’re looking for individuals who have the following:

Full UK Driving License: You must have access to your own vehicle for business use, as travel between clients’ homes is required.

Availability for Evening and Weekend Shifts: The role involves shift patterns that may include evenings and weekends. Once agreed, these shifts are fixed, though any changes will require four weeks’ notice.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential to interact effectively with clients, families, and team members.
