Your Role
As a Business Partner, you’ll play a pivotal role in scaling and managing our short-let operations. Your responsibilities will include:
Strategic Leadership
- portfolio growth and expand into n Drive ew markets.
- Develop innovative strategies to improve occupancy, pricing, and profitability.
- Build lasting relationships with landlords and property owners.
Operational Excellence
- Manage day-to-day operations to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Optimize property listings on platforms such as Airbnb and Booking.com.
- Ensure all properties meet high maintenance and presentation standards by coordinating with cleaning and maintenance teams.
Revenue Growth
- Implement dynamic pricing strategies to maximize revenue.
- Monitor market trends and guest demand for optimal pricing and occupancy.
- Analyze performance data to identify opportunities for growth.
Compliance & Quality
- Ensure properties adhere to all legal, safety, and compliance standards.
- Maintain high guest satisfaction through proactive issue resolution and excellent customer service.
Innovation & Expansion
- Identify new revenue streams and partnership opportunities.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience managing short-let properties on platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, or similar.
- Strong background in revenue management, dynamic pricing, and market analysis.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for scaling businesses.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to build and maintain client and vendor relationships.
- Results-driven approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Financial investment or contribution is desirable but negotiable.
