Key Responsibilities

Market Research & Strategy

  • Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop growth strategies aligned with the company’s goals and product roadmap.

Lead Generation & Outreach

  • Prospect and qualify leads through digital tools, email campaigns, and networking.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and partners.

Client Engagement

  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Conduct virtual presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.

Partnership Development

  • Identify and negotiate strategic partnerships to enhance product distribution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver maximum value to partners.

Performance Analysis

  • Monitor and report on KPIs, including lead conversion rates, revenue growth, and client satisfaction.
  • Use data insights to refine strategies and optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

Required Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years in business development, sales, or product growth.
  • Strong understanding of the tech industry, including SaaS or digital services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and lead generation platforms.
  • Results-driven with the ability to work independently and meet targets.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with software development, AI, or staffing solutions.
  • Experience working remotely with global teams.
  • Proven ability to scale products or services in competitive markets.
