Key Responsibilities
Market Research & Strategy
- Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Develop growth strategies aligned with the company’s goals and product roadmap.
Lead Generation & Outreach
- Prospect and qualify leads through digital tools, email campaigns, and networking.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and partners.
Client Engagement
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct virtual presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
Partnership Development
- Identify and negotiate strategic partnerships to enhance product distribution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver maximum value to partners.
Performance Analysis
- Monitor and report on KPIs, including lead conversion rates, revenue growth, and client satisfaction.
- Use data insights to refine strategies and optimize outcomes.
Qualifications
Required Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years in business development, sales, or product growth.
- Strong understanding of the tech industry, including SaaS or digital services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and lead generation platforms.
- Results-driven with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with software development, AI, or staffing solutions.
- Experience working remotely with global teams.
- Proven ability to scale products or services in competitive markets.
