Job Overview
As a Business Development Representative at UKmate LTD, you will be responsible for driving the company’s growth and market presence. Your primary role will be to win new listings, secure property instructions, and build strong relationships with landlords, property owners, and potential clients.
To succeed in this role, you should have at least 1-2 years of experience in property listing, business development, or real estate sales. A background in residential sales or new build sales will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
As a Business Development Representative, your primary duties will include:
Property Listings & Sales
- Win new property listings and instructions to market homes on our platform.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, property owners, and investors.
- Assist clients in valuing and pricing their properties for maximum profitability.
Business Development & Client Acquisition
- Identify and engage with new business opportunities to expand our property portfolio.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts in the real estate industry.

Customer Service & Support
- Deliver outstanding customer service to clients and tenants.
- Offer personalized consultations to match potential tenants with available properties.

Qualifications & Skills Required
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following:
Essential Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in property listing, real estate sales, or business development.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of lettings, residential property sales, and valuations.
- Sales & Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to win listings, close deals, and drive revenue growth.
- Customer Service Excellence: Ability to build trust, communicate effectively, and solve problems for clients.
- Self-Motivated & Target-Driven: Strong ambition to meet and exceed performance goals.
Desirable Skills:
- New Build Sales Experience: Previous experience in the new build property sector is a plus.
