Job Position: Business Development Administrator
Location: 100% Remote (Nigeria)
Compensation:
- Base Salary: 250,000 Naira per month
- Potential Earnings: With commission, you can earn in excess of 1,000,000 Naira per month
Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and confident Business Development Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, be comfortable with cold calling and email outreach, and possess excellent administrative skills. A British accent or confidence in speaking to British customers is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Cold Calling: Introduce Care Cuddle’s services to potential clients through cold calls.
- Email Outreach: Generate new business leads via email outreach.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients.
- Sales Presentation: Present and sell our remote support services convincingly.
- Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets.
- CRM Management: Keep detailed records of sales activities in our CRM system.
- Administrative Support: Schedule appointments, manage correspondence, and maintain client databases.
- Reporting: Prepare reports and presentations as needed.
- Marketing Support: Assist with marketing efforts and campaigns.
- Feedback: Provide insights to improve our sales strategy.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in cold calling and email outreach.
- Strong administrative skills, including proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM systems).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in speaking with British customers.
- Strong persuasive skills and ability to close deals.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
