Detailed Key Responsibilities
1. Stakeholder Engagement and Requirements Engineering
- Collaborate closely with clinicians, administrators, IT professionals, and other stakeholders to define clear and comprehensive business needs.
- Lead in-depth workshops, interviews, focus groups, and surveys to extract and document functional and non-functional requirements.
- Transform qualitative input into structured documentation and user stories that guide design, development, and implementation.
2. Business Process Mapping and Optimization
- Create current-state and future-state process maps using BPMN, UML, or equivalent process modeling languages.

3. Digital Solution Evaluation and Validation
