Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support:
- Manage diaries, organize meetings, and handle correspondence.
- Order communications materials and maintain stakeholder databases.
- Content Development:
- Edit and proofread patient information and communications materials.
- Write press releases, create social media posts, and contribute to intranet updates.
- Media & Event Coordination:
- Monitor local and national media, summarize news, and handle media inquiries.
- Organize events, VIP visits, and filming activities.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with senior colleagues to maintain trust branding and corporate identity.
- Support website updates to enhance trust reputation and user experience.
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
- Education:
- A-levels or equivalent experience (essential).
- Relevant degree or professional development in communications/PR (desirable).
- Experience:
- Meeting deadlines, managing diaries, and organizing events.
- Prior experience supporting a communications function is an advantage.
- Skills:
- Exceptional written and oral communication.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with media relations, social media, and content management systems is a plus.
- Personal Attributes:
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, and adaptable.
- Ability to handle pressure and work irregular hours if needed.
