About the Role

As an Assistant Ministry Partnerships Manager, you will be integral to supporting and managing long-standing partnerships with Ministries of Education and Examination Boards globally. This is a dynamic and multifaceted role where you will work closely with internal teams and international stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of high-stakes examinations and educational initiatives. You will be pivotal in maintaining strong relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting the success of large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client & Stakeholder Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders across various regions. Ensure regular communication and timely resolutions of issues to meet client needs.

  • Project Support: Assist in the successful delivery of projects and initiatives, ensuring all timelines and objectives are met. Work closely with internal teams to monitor project progress and provide feedback as necessary.

  • Customer Service Excellence: Deliver high-quality customer service to clients and stakeholders, maintaining a high standard of service to enhance overall satisfaction.

  • Team Contribution: Contribute to the efficiency of the Ministry Partnerships Team, providing support in administrative tasks and ensuring smooth collaboration within the team.

Key Qualifications & Experience

  • Educational Experience: Experience or interest in education, particularly in assessment, is beneficial. Previous experience working with Ministries of Education or Examination Boards is a plus.

  • International Exposure: Experience working in an international environment is preferred, allowing you to interact with diverse teams and stakeholders.

  • Project Management: A proven ability to manage tasks effectively, working to deadlines and delivering high-quality results.

  • Customer Service Expertise: Strong customer relationship-building skills, demonstrating the ability to handle client queries, concerns, and needs in a professional manner.

  • Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and strong numerical/statistical skills are essential, particularly for reporting and managing complex data.
