Salary: £37,035 – £39,513 per annum (+ additional benefits)

Key Responsibilities

As an Adult Social Worker, you will:

  • Conduct assessments, reviews, and support planning for adults with varying needs.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, families, and partner agencies.
  • Embed a strength-based approach to empower individuals and promote independence.
  • Chair meetings involving clients, family members, carers, and other professionals.
  • Provide expert guidance on complex cases and current legislation.

What We Offer

  • Salary Progression: £37,035 – £39,513 per annum, with an additional £500 for Newly Qualified Social Workers completing their ASYE.
  • Retention Payments: Up to £2,000 for 2–5 years of service.

What You’ll Need

  • Qualifications: A degree in social work and registration with Social Work England (or eligibility for Newly Qualified Social Workers).
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of adult social care legislation and practice.
    • Experience managing complex cases and facilitating effective meetings.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills to foster relationships with stakeholders and communities.
  • Requirements: A valid driving license and access to personal transport.
