Key Responsibilities

Daily Administrative Support

  • Handle routine tasks such as schedulingdata entry, and filing.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, ensuring follow-ups on action items.
  • Provide general support to ensure seamless office operations.

Documentation and Reporting

  • Assist in the preparation of reportspresentations, and other essential documentation.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for efficient document retrieval.

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with team members to support operational needs and deliverables.

Requirements

Education

  • Minimum qualification: OND/HND/BSc in any field.

Experience

  • 0–1 year of experience in administration or a similar role.
  • Basic proficiency in office tools like Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace is a plus.

Skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
