Key Responsibilities: What You’ll Do as a Care Assistant

Emotional & Practical Support

  • Deliver person-centred support to individuals with complex needs

Personal Care Duties

  • Assist clients with hygiene, grooming, dressing, and toileting

Monitoring & Documentation

Who We’re Looking For

Essential Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum SVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or willingness to attain it)
  • Valid UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in a similar care role is highly desirable
