Role Overview: Customer Care & Logistics Specialist

The Customer Care & Logistics Specialist is a dual-function position critical to maintaining Wildix’s excellent customer service reputation and smooth logistics operations. What You’ll Do: Core Responsibilities

Customer Care

  • First Point of Contact: Provide customers with fast, accurate answers on Wildix’s products, services, and order updates.

  • Technical Support: Offer basic troubleshooting for common issues, guiding customers through resolutions or escalating as needed.

  • Ticket Management: Use Salesforce CRM to handle, track, and resolve customer tickets efficiently.

Logistics Support
