Key Responsibilities

- Maintain editorial calendars, implement content governance practices, and uphold tone of voice guidelines.
Market and User Insight
- Apply SEO principles, keyword research, and audience analysis to optimize digital content performance.
- Use insights from analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar) to make data-driven improvements.
- Conduct content audits and contribute to user testing and research projects.
Collaboration & Innovation
- Be an active contributor to collaborative creative sessions and cross-departmental working groups.
