The Role – Domiciliary Care Worker

As a Domiciliary Care Worker with Brighter Days Care at Home, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals in their own homes. Your responsibilities will include:

Personal Care: Assist clients with daily living tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Meal Preparation & Medication Prompts: Help clients prepare meals and provide reminders for medication.
Building Trust & Companionship: Establish meaningful connections by providing emotional support and companionship.
Encouraging Independence: Support clients in maintaining their independence and overall wellbeing.

Who We’re Looking For

Have previous experience in care (essential).

Possess a driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred, but not required).
Be eligible to work in the UK (sponsorship available for eligible candidates).
