As the first point of contact, you will handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a seamless user experience. This role requires a tech-savvy, empathetic, and solution-oriented professional who excels in customer service and problem-solving across multiple communication channels.

Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Support Specialist, you will:
- Handle Customer Inquiries: Provide prompt and professional responses via email, phone, live chat, and social media to address customer concerns effectively.
- Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Identify and resolve customer problems efficiently, ensuring minimal downtime and high satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge & Assistance: Educate customers about Loubby AI’s products and services, offering guidance to optimize their user experience.
- Escalate Complex Issues: Identify and escalate advanced technical or service-related issues to the appropriate department, ensuring timely resolutions.
- CRM Management & Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions using Zendesk, Freshdesk, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
- Proactive Customer Engagement: Anticipate customer needs, suggest relevant solutions, and provide proactive support to enhance retention and loyalty.
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with technical and product teams to improve customer experience and resolve recurring issues.
- Support Documentation: Assist in creating and updating FAQs, knowledge base articles, and troubleshooting guides to streamline customer interactions.
- Feedback Collection & Reporting: Gather customer feedback to help enhance product offerings and improve service quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Experience: 2-3 years in customer support, helpdesk, or a related field.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for clear and empathetic customer interactions.
- Problem-Solving Ability: A proactive approach to troubleshooting and resolving customer concerns effectively.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with customer support tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
- Multitasking & Time Management: Ability to manage multiple customer interactions efficiently in a high-volume support environment.
- Tech-Savviness: Basic troubleshooting skills to assist customers with common software or technical issues.
- Professionalism Under Pressure: Ability to remain calm, courteous, and solution-focused during high-pressure situations.
