We are currently seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented HR Auditor to join our team. Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Auditor to oversee and audit all employee work activities, ensuring compliance with company policies, accuracy in reporting, and optimal productivity. The ideal candidate will track staff login times, monitor ongoing tasks, ensure deadlines are met, and verify that reports accurately reflect actual work completed. This role requires excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to enforce workplace accountability.


Key Responsibilities

Employee Activity Monitoring

  • Track employee login times, work schedules, and productivity levels.
  • Monitor ongoing tasks and deadlines to ensure efficiency.
  • Evaluate time management and adherence to assigned duties.

HR Compliance & Policy Enforcement

  • Audit employee reports to verify accuracy against actual work done.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Identify discrepancies in work reports and provide corrective recommendations.

Performance & Productivity Assessment

  • Conduct periodic audits to assess employee output and task completion.
  • Provide feedback to management on productivity trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop reporting structures to ensure accountability and efficiency.

Workplace Investigations & Documentation

  • Investigate reports of policy violations, absenteeism, and performance issues.
  • Document findings and work closely with the HR Manager to resolve concerns.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports with insights and actionable recommendations.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Only female candidates will be considered.
  • Proven experience in HR auditing, compliance, or performance monitoring.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining high levels of accountability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in HR Auditing, Compliance, or Performance Management is an advantage.
  • Experience in a fast-paced corporate environment with strict performance monitoring.
  • Ability to proactively identify workplace inefficiencies and recommend solutions.
