Programme Details
The MTN Graduate Development Programme provides a tailored experience, offering exposure to cutting-edge business solutions and development through various channels. Participants will receive:
- Formal development through modules at MTN’s three regional learning centers.
- On-the-job training with employment in a role that is aligned with MTN’s strategic goals.
- Multiple learning experiences, such as immersive metaphoric experiences, digital media training, and mentorship.
- Job rotation within MTN’s operating companies, offering opportunities for interaction with executives and collaborative learning.
Eligibility Requirements
To apply for the 2025 MTN Global Graduate Development Programme, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Be 20-26 years old, young, energetic, and enthusiastic.
- Have graduated with a minimum of Second Class Upper Division (2:1) or HND Upper Credit.
- Be fluent in English.
