Graduate Trainee Program Details
Our Graduate Trainee Program is designed to attract talented, motivated, and results-oriented university graduates eager to embark on a successful career with us. Participants will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop skills in various key areas, including:
- Breeding Operations
- Broiler ProductionVeterinary Management
- Feed Milling
- Sales (Day-Old Chicks, Fish Feed, Poultry Equipment, Aquaculture)

As a graduate trainee at Chi Farms, you’ll receive mentorship from industry experts, forge valuable connections, and make a significant impact on the West African poultry value chain through your work.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the 2025 Graduate Trainee Program, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Management, Veterinary Medicine, Food Science, Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Mechanical/Civil/Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
- Academic Performance: Minimum of a Second-Class Upper Division from a recognized university.
- Experience: 0-2 years of relevant work experience.
- Skills: Strong communication, presentation, analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Flexibility: Willingness to work in any of our locations within and outside Nigeria.
- Age Limit: Not older than 30 years by December 31, 2024.
