Internship Overview: The ExxonMobil Graduate Program
ExxonMobil’s Graduate Internship Program offers a unique opportunity for fresh graduates in Nigeria to gain valuable exposure to working within a multinational organization. What You Will Do as an ExxonMobil Graduate Intern
As an intern, you will be involved in a variety of tasks aimed at improving your skills in industrial hygiene and environmental management. Key responsibilities include:
Key Responsibilities:
- Industrial Hygiene Activities: Assist in basic industrial hygiene tasks, as outlined in the annual work plans.
- Health Hazard Control Programs: Participate in local implementations of occupational health and safety programs, contributing to global health systems and practices.
- Administrative Support: Carry out other industrial hygiene (IH) and medical occupational health (MOH) administrative activities and tasks as assigned.
- Compliance with IHFOM Requirements: Ensure adherence to ExxonMobil’s Health, Safety, and Environment standards in all service delivery phases.

What You Need to Succeed
To be considered for the ExxonMobil Graduate Internship Program, candidates must meet the following requirements:
Required Qualifications:
- Degree: A Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Management, Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) related fields, or Engineering.
- NYSC Completion: Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program within the past two years.
- Academic Excellence: A minimum of 2nd Class Upper division in your degree.
